ESTF
What is the ESTF program?
The South Carolina ESTF program refers to the Educational Scholarship Trust Fund, a state-run education scholarship program designed to expand school choice by giving families money to use on approved educational expenses instead of being limited to just attending their assigned public school.
It’s a state scholarship program administered by the South Carolina Department of Education that provides eligible K-12 students with a scholarship (about $7,500 for the 2025-26 school year) to be used for approved educational costs.
The funds are placed into an individual digital account managed through ClassWallet, and parents use those funds directly for approved expenses.
